Your problem-solving progress data, including problem statuses and theme preferences ("Progress Data"), is stored locally in your web browser's local storage. DKodeTree does not store this Progress Data on its servers. This means your progress is tied to the specific browser and device you use.

You acknowledge and agree that your Progress Data will persist only as long as you use the same browser on the same device and do not clear your browser's local storage or site data. Switching browsers, using a different device, clearing browser data (e.g., through settings or private/incognito modes), or browser/extension configurations that automatically clear data will result in the permanent loss of your Progress Data. DKodeTree is not responsible for any loss of Progress Data due to these actions or any other circumstances outside of its direct control, as the data is never transmitted to or stored by DKodeTree. You are solely responsible for managing your browser settings and understanding the implications for locally stored data.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

DKodeTree reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at its sole discretion.
